PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for reducing manufacturing time of fried soybean curd in a process for manufacturing fried soybean curd.SOLUTION: Manufacturing means for raw material for manufacturing soy bean curd is composed of a series of devices including a crushing device in the front stage, a depressing device in the middle stage, and an agitating device in the latter stage. The crushing device includes a crushing machine for crushing soy beans, a screening machine for screening the crushed soybean pieces, and collection means for separating and collecting screened unnecessary miscellaneous matters. The depressing device includes a depressing machine for depressing the crushed granule soy bean pieces into an indeterminate flat form by pressing force. The agitating device includes both agitating machines of a front stage agitating machine for agitating the depressed soy beans in a flat form with added water and a rear stage agitating machine for further agitating the soy bean in paste form passed through the front stage agitating machine.
