摘要:
An apparatus for restoring the mobility in the knee-joint, hip joint and foot contains the immobile base, the frame, the reversible electric drive connected with the screw pair representing the actuator screw and the nut, the balancing levers hinged onto the support, the transmission, two support assemblies, the support for the foot, the microcontroller, the position indicator, the end switches and the control unit of the reversible electric drive. The transmission is designed as two interconnected parallel four-link mechanisms. The balancing levers are tightly fastened with other elements of the four-link mechanisms. The support assembly for the leg is attached to the frame. The support assembly for the hip is attached to the third link being adjacent to the first links and connected with other links via the fourth link. The frame is hinged onto the carriage wherein in the groove is located the nut of the actuator screw allowing for the radial displacement relative to the axis of the actuator screw. The end switches are mounted onto the base for locking the extreme positions of the carriage. The indicator of the positioning is installed onto the four-link mechanism. The microcontroller is connected with the control unit of the reversible electric drive. The end switches are connected with the microcontroller. The apparatus is equipped with the indicator of the current flexure angle connected with the microcontroller and the regulators of the minimal and maximal flexure angles and the devices adjusting the time of the position at the minimal and maximal flexure angles as well the rate of the flexure. The apparatus is equipped with the remote panel for the emergent switch off connected with the microcontroller. Furthermore, the apparatus contains the second position indicator located near the foot support and connected with the microcontroller, the dynamometric unit for the motions of the foot, the ultrasonic motor, the personal computer, and the alarm block.
