Želírovací kompozice obsahující alespoň jedno sladidlo a kyselinu, jakož i pektin jako želírovací prostředek, jejíž podstata spočívá v tom, že je obsažena alespoň jedna další látka, zvolená ze skupiny sestávající z produktů hydrolýzy pektinu, inulooligosacharidů a inulo-polysacharidů jako vláknin, prebiotika a/nebo resorpční pomocné látky, a že alespoň pektin je ve formě pevné látky, použití této želírovací kompozice, přípravek obsahující tuto želírovací kompozici, způsob výroby tohoto přípravku a zařízení k provádění tohoto způsobu.The present invention relates to a gelling composition containing at least one sweetening agent, and an acid, as well as pectin as a gelling agent. The invention also relates to the use of the above-described gelling composition, further to a preparation containing the gelling composition, a process for preparing the preparation and apparatus for making the preparation process.
