A cuff device includes a wrapping band and a snap ring. The snap ring includes a ring body and a connective portion. The wrapping band passes through the ring body and moves between the end and the opposite end of the ring body. The connective portion connects to a specific position of the wrapping band to form a space which is used to accommodate the arm. The wrapping band then folds to fix the size of the space.
