PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a standing-up assisting chair naturally pushing out the buttocks of a user to more safely assist a standing-up motion of the user by sufficiently moving a seat part forward while the seat part rises and being inclined such that a rear part thereof rises.SOLUTION: This standing-up assisting chair includes: a chair body (1) having a fixed seat body (13) and a seat body elevating device (2) having a movable seat body (20). The seat body elevating device (2) includes: a link mechanism (21) moving the movable seat body (20) up and down an air dumper (22) energizing the link mechanism (21) to rise the movable seat body (20) by a prescribed force a seat body lock device (3) bringing the movable body (20) into a lock state in a descent position and a lock release device (4).
