A pharmaceutical composition containing Clopidogrel Hydrogenosulphate as a pharmaceutically active component comprises: at least one compound selected from a group consisting of mannitol, anhydrous lactose, amorphous cellulose, polyethyleneglycol and low substituted hydroxypropylcellulose； and at least two or more selected from a group consisting of hardened vegetable oil, talc and silicon dioxide.
