The present invention addresses the problem of providing a hair treating method and a hair treating agent set, whereby the effect of a treating agent selected from among a hair coloring agent, a bleaching agent, a permanent waving agent, a curly hair straightening agent and a hair treatment can be enhanced while suppressing hair damage and repairing damaged hair.
