The present invention obtains accurate 3D data through an oral scanner (10) comprising: an image obtaining unit (40) for obtaining images of teeth； a light output unit (30) which improves a quality of the obtained images when the image obtaining unit (40) obtains images； a reflector (20) which accurately projects light to a target tooth by means of the light output unit, and transmits an image of the target tooth to the image obtaining unit (40)； an acceleration sensor (50) which senses a spatial location when the image obtaining unit (40) obtains images； a gyro sensor (60) for sensing a measuring angle when the image obtaining unit (40) obtains images； and a vibrating element (70) which generates an artificial change of an image obtaining location in the image obtaining unit (40). The method for obtaining accurate 3D data using an oral scanner of the present invention does not greatly change a structure of oral scanner hardware used in an existing technology, provides an efficient method which can generate more accurate 3D teeth data through research of algorithms, and efficiently obtains a high quality 3D teeth data through a provided application.본 발명은 치아의 영상을 획득하기 위한 영상 획득부(40)와； 상기 영상 획득부(40)에서 영상 획득 시 획득 영상의 품질을 향상하기 위한 광 출력부(30)와； 상기 광 출력부에 의해 목적 치아에 정확히 빛을 투사하고, 상기 목적 치아의 영상을 영상 획득부(40)에 전송하기 위한 반사체(20)와； 상기 영상 획득부(40)에서 영상획득 시 공간 위치를 감지하기 위한 가속도 센서(50)와； 상기 영상 획득부(40)에서 영상획득 시 측정 각도를 감지하기 위한 자이로 센서(60)와； 상기 영상 획득부(40)에서 영상획득 위치의 인위적 변화를 생성하기 위한 진동소자(70)； 로 이루어지는 구강 스캐너(10)를 통해 정밀 3차원 입체 데이터 획득하는 것으로,본 발명 구강 스캐너를 이용한 정밀 3차원 입체 데이터 획득 방법은 기존의 기술에서 적용되던 구강 스캐너 하드웨어의 구조를 크게 변경하지 않고, 알고리즘의 연구를 통하여 더욱 정밀한 3차원 입체 치아 데이터의 생성이 가능한 효율적 방법을 제공하고, 제공되는 어플리케이션을 통하여 효율적으로 고품질의 3차원 입체 치아 데이터를 획득할 수 있는 현저한 효과가 있다.
