The dental precision procedural method may include creating information on a 3D oral image of a patient creating a procedural fixture device to fixate the patients mouth when performing a procedure of removing tooth of the patient based on the information on the 3D oral image and moving a hand piece to a subject tooth for removal of the patient based on the information on the 3D oral image, and performing the procedure of removing tooth on the subject tooth for removal.
