To provide an absorbent article in which body fluid hardly oozes out from an absorber during operating a post-processing tape member.SOLUTION: An absorbent article (10) comprises: a longitudinal direction (L)； a width direction (W) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction； a rear surface sheet (22) directed to an opposite side to the skin of a wearer； adhesive parts (42,52,70) provided at the non-skin surface side of the rear surface sheet； and a post-processing tape member (60). The absorbent article has an article center line (CL1) which passes the center of the absorbent article in the width direction and extends in the longitudinal direction. The post-processing tape member is extendable to the outside from a front edge (E1) or a rear end edge (E2) of the absorbent article along the longitudinal direction. The tape member has a tape center line (CL2) which passes the center of the tape member and extends in the extension direction of the tape member.
