PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitness holding jig for inserting a magnetism inclusion aluminum board to a rear face pocket of underwear.SOLUTION: A neodymium magnet 1 (width of 10 MM×thickness of 0.8 MM×length of 25 MM) is included internally with an aluminum board 2 (width of 15 MM×length of 30 MM), then a periphery is closed and processed for forming a magnetism inclusion aluminum board 4 (120 mTesla), the magnetism inclusion aluminum board is inserted into a pocket of underwear, and then it is attached to an upper surface position of a backbone, kidney, and an upper surface position of liver. The magnetism passes through inside of a body, and stimulates iron of hemoglobin in a blood vessel.
