To provide a magnetic health underwear and a pad capable of reducing urination frequency by use of a magnet in order to solve a problem on urination which is inevitable in daily life that, although an eight-times is a criterion of urination frequency for one day, and more than eight times and less than eight times are too many and too few, respectively, stresses due to a change in a social environment, a change in an individual living environment accompanying the disease, injury or aging, a lack of exercise, or the like have resulted in an increase in people having the urination frequency more than eight times.SOLUTION: In a magnetic health underwear and a pad, magnets are arranged in substantially bilaterally symmetrical positions with respect to a position of the urethral opening in such a manner that one magnet is arranged on each of two positions with a space of 2.5 cm to 3.5 cm when the magnetic health underwear and the pad are attached to a human body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】日々の生活の中で避けて通れない排尿問題は一日のトイレ回数が８回以上は多い方、８回以下は少ない方と、８回が目安となっているものの、病気やケガ、加齢と共に社会環境の変化や個々の生活環境の変化、又運動不足等様々なストレスが起因となり、８回を超える人が増えているのも事実である。本発明は、磁石を用いて排尿回数を低減させることができる磁気健康下着及びパッドを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の磁気健康下着及びパッドは、人体に装着した時に尿道口に対応する位置を中心としてほぼ左右対称の位置に２．５ｃｍ～３．５ｃｍの間隔をおいて磁石がそれぞれ一個ずつ装着されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
