An orthopedic device can be used for medical, prophylactic and rehabilitation purposes in cases of venous outflow disturbance and other pathologic states. The orthopedic device comprises an outer jacket made of silky fabric, where an inner jacket is placed, which is made of rubberized silky fabric, which is cut from two equal parts of given size. Between two folded parts of the inner jacket a funnel of heat resistant material is placed, and the inner jacket with funnel is located under a thermopress with a die and glued. A filler is loaded in the funnel. The filler is a mixture of borosilicate glass microspheres of 40-90 µm size and sodium-borosilicate glass microspheres of 10-170 µm size, which are taken in the ratio 2:1-1:2 by volume. The funnel is taken out, air is pressed out and this section of seam is glued. A method for producing said orthopedic device is more simple and reliable. Technical result consists in increase of accumulation of infrared heat, creation of negative charge, enhancing of pseudoliquid properties, decrease of thermal conductivity, equilibrium distribution of the filler on the plane of inner jacket that leads to improvement of medical indices, stable healing action in different positions, comfort and provision of optimal body fixing and relaxation of muscles.Ортопедичний пристрій може бути використано у медично-профілактичних і реабілітаційних цілях при порушенні венозного відтоку та інших патологічних станів.Ортопедичний пристрій має зовнішній чохол, виконаний з шовковистої тканини, в який поміщають внутрішній чохол, виконаний з прогумованої шовковистої тканини, яку розкроюють по заданих розмірах з двох однакових частин.
