PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radioscopic apparatus in which it is possible to easily understand relationships between a direction of a three-dimensional image indicating a movement trajectory of a marker or a specific region and a direction of a subject.SOLUTION: An image processing unit 31 includes a marker detection part 32 for detecting a marker using two imaging systems of a first imaging system, a second imaging system, a third imaging system, and a fourth imaging system. For example, the marker detection part 32 calculates three-dimensional position information on the marker by template matching for comparing an image including the marker detained in the body of a subject captured by the first imaging system, the second imaging system, the third imaging system, and the fourth imaging system with a preset template image. The image processing unit 31 includes a movement trajectory display part 33 for displaying the movement trajectory of the marker as a three-dimensional image, a subject image display part 34 for displaying an image indicating the direction of the subject together with the three-dimensional image of the movement trajectory, and an image rotation part 35 for synchronizing and rotating the three-dimensional image of the movement trajectory and the image indicating the direction of the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
