A hand pile assembly for dental treatment includes: a pile； a pile body； and a buffer member. The pile includes metal materials and is in the shape of an awl. The pile body is connected to an end of the pile to reliably fix the pile and has an engaging jaw. The buffer includes: a buffer body in the shape of a hollow cylinder corresponding to the pile body； a mounting groove which is formed on the outer surface of the buffer body to be fixed to the hand pile； and a pile fixing unit which is formed on the buffer body to be fixed by the engaging jaw. The buffer unit is detachably coupled to the pile body.
