The present invention provides a method and a device for manufacturing a folding-type mask pack such that material costs can be reduced because no release sheet is used, and same can be used conveniently. The device according to the present invention comprises: a sheet member roller for unwinding a roll of sheet member and discharging same flat; a dispenser for applying cream having a predetermined function to a surface of the flat unwound sheet member; a knife leveler for adjusting the thickness of the dispensed cream to be uniform; a sheet folding unit for folding the sheet member having cream applied thereto into halves; a folded-sheet member winding roller for winding the folded-in-half sheet member in a roll shape; a curing chamber for curing the roll of wound folded-sheet member under predetermined conditions; a folded-sheet member roller for unwinding the roll of cured folded-sheet member and discharging same flat; and a punching machine for punching the folded-sheet member using a die and discharging same as individual mask packs. The present invention is advantageous in that, since no release sheet is used during mask pack manufacturing, processes are simplified, fewer raw materials are needed, and manufacturing costs can be reduced accordingly; and since there is no need to peel off any release sheet during use, convenience use is guaranteed.
