The method comprises the steps of: unwinding a first filter medium from a first winding roll, and unwinding a second filter medium from a second winding roll inserting a filter support member between the first filter medium and the second filter medium bonding the first filter medium to the filter support member, bonding the second filter medium to the filter support member, and bonding the first filter medium and the second filter medium in a cylindrical shape for wrapping the filter support member and cutting along a bonded part having a cylindrical shape of the first filter medium and the second filter medium.
