The present invention relates to a sanitary cup which is inserted into a vagina by a woman to directly hold menstrual blood and, more specifically, to a valve-type sanitary cup which can discharge menstrual blood in a sanitary cup without removing the sanitary cup. A space for collecting menstrual blood is included. A cylindrical magnet is inserted into an outlet formed on a handle of a sanitary cup with the handle on a lower side thereof to discharge menstrual blood collected in the space through an inner space of the cylindrical magnet and outlet. A support protrusion for supporting the cylindrical magnet is formed below the cylindrical magnet. A metal spherical ball is inserted into a lower portion of the support protrusion to be tightly attached to the support protrusion by the cylindrical magnet to block the outlet. An outlet is formed on the center of a handle support with an insertion space into which the handle is inserted. A discharge protrusion is formed on an entrance of the outlet in the insertion space. The discharge protrusion supports the spherical ball and allows menstrual blood to be discharged through one side thereof. The cylindrical magnet is inserted into a lower side of the discharge protrusion.본 발명은 여성이 질 내에 삽입하여 직접 생리 혈을 담아내는 생리컵에 있어서, 생리컵을 빼내지 않고도 생리컵 내의 생리 혈을 배출할 수 있도록 하는 밸브 생리컵에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 생리 혈이 모아지는 공간부가 구비되는 한편 하측으로 손잡이가 구비되는 생리컵의 손잡이에 형성된 배출구에 원통형 자석을 삽입하여 공간부에 모아진 생리 혈이 원통형 자석의 내부 공간과 배출구를 통하여 배출되게 하고, 상기 원통형 자석의 하측으로는 원통형 자석을 받치는 받침돌기를 형성하고, 상기 받침돌기의 하부에는 금속 원형볼이 끼워져 원통형 자석에 의해 받침돌기에 밀착되어 배출구를 막아주게 하고, 손잡이에 외삽되는 삽입공간이 형성되는 손잡이 받침에는 중앙으로 배출구를 형성하고, 상기 삽입공간에는 배출구의 입구에 배출돌기를 형성하되 상기 배출돌기는 원형볼을 받치는 한편 측면으로 생리 혈이 빠져 나가게 하고, 상기 배출돌기의 하측으로 원통형의 자석을 끼워줌으로써 이루어진다.
