PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capping method capable of capping a lure lock type fluid port at a high speed with high precision and capable of certainly preventing hang-up or a phenomenon that a plug is capped in an inclined state.SOLUTION: The plug 3 is grasped by a capping head 11, the capping head 11 is allowed to advance to a position where the lure lock type fluid port 2 protruded in a horizontal direction and a plug screw part come into contact with each other to be brought into contact with each other under constant pressure in the direction crossing the rotary direction of the plug 3 at a right angle and rotated in the anti-clamping direction of the plug 3 to detect a clamping start position where the screw leading end part of the fluid port 2 and the leading end of the plug screw part come into contact with each other by measuring the displacement quantity in the direction crossing the rotary direction of the capping head 11 at a right angle. Thereafter, in the capping method for rotating the capping head 11 in the clamping direction of the plug 3 and the fluid port 2, the rotational speeds (r/min) in the clamping direction (X1) and anti-clamping direction (X2) of the plug of the capping head 11 and the fluid port 2 are represented by formulae: 400≤X1≤640 and 100≤X2≤320.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】ルアーロック型液体ポートへ高速且つ高精度に打栓ができ、ねじ締付け時の引掛かりや栓体が傾斜した状態で打栓される現象を確実に防止できる打栓方法を提供する。【解決手段】栓体3を打栓ヘッド11で把持し、水平方向に突出したルアーロック型流体ポート2と栓体ねじ部が接触する位置まで打栓ヘッド11を前進し、栓体3の回転方向と直行する方向に一定圧力で圧接させ、栓体3の反締結方向に回転させることで、流体ポート2のねじ先端部と栓ねじ先端部とが接触する締結開始位置を、打栓ヘッド11の回転方向に直行する方向の変位量を測定することで検出し、その後、打栓ヘッド11を栓体3を流体ポート2との締結方向に回転させる打栓方法において、打栓ヘッド11の栓体と流体ポート2の締結方向(X1)と反締結方向(X2)の回転速度(r/min)が、以下式で表されることを特徴とする打栓方法。400≦X1≦640 100≦X2≦320【選択図】図1
