Disclosed are indomethacin-saccharin co-crystals by an anti-solvent method of methanol-water combination, a method for preparing the same, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The method for preparing indomethacin-saccharin co-crystals according to the present invention comprises the steps of: (i) dissolving indomethacin and saccharin in a solvent selected from the group consisting of ethyl acetate, methyl acetate, ethanol, methanol, and acetone, to prepare a solution (ii) adding purified water as an anti-solvent to the solution of step (i) and (iii) stirring the solution of step (ii) while a lid is put on the solution, followed by filtering under reduced pressure, thereby obtaining crystallized particles.
