PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an ultrasonic reflection image inside an object to be measured as a highly accurate 3D image. SOLUTION: An ultrasonic probe having three or more vibrating elements is brought into contact with a measurement object, and ultrasonic waves are sequentially irradiated to the inside of the measurement object from each vibrating element, and a reflected wave from the measurement object is applied. Is received by two or more vibrating elements as each received data set for each irradiated vibrating element, and a three-dimensional reflection image inside the measurement object is applied by applying the aperture synthesis method based on the obtained received data set. Each received dataset is a method and apparatus for obtaining a three-dimensional reflection image, including position data, ultrasonic arrival time, and received ultrasonic intensity data.
