PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyurethane spheres is provided to improve the recovery rate and compression rate of a polyurethane sphere by a laminated structure which has a uniform sized spherical shape and uneven parts on the surface thereof.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyurethane spheres comprises a step of emulsifying a solution including a polyol, an isocyanate compound, a chain extender, and a suspending agent and a step of manufacturing the polyurethane spheres by polymerizing the emulsion. The second step includes a step of carrying out a polymerization while stirring and dropping the emulsion for 1-3 hours into a reactor by using a pump. The average particle diameter of the polyurethane spheres is 2-200 microns, the compression elasticity is 200 kgf/cm^2 or less, and the recovery rate is 15% or more.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 비중이 가볍고 밀착력이 우수한 구형의 폴리우레탄 분체 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리우레탄 분체 제조시 중합 유화액을 한꺼번에 넣어서 현탁 중합하는 것이 아닌 1~3시간 동안 천천히 적하하여 균질화 현탁 중합법에 의해 적층구조로 비드 중합을 진행하는 폴리우레탄 분체 및 그 제조방법이 제공된다.본 발명에 따르면 균일한 크기의 구형을 이루면서도 표면에 요철이 주로 형성된 적층구조로 인하여 기존 3차원 구조보다 비중이 가벼우면서 회복률 및 압축률을 동등 이상 폴리우레탄 분체를 제공할 수 있다.
