The present invention relates to a ligament cutting device. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cutter-type ligament cutting device which easily cuts out a round ligament during an operation for a joint disease for animals； especially in a femoral head and neck ostectomy (FHNO). The ligament cutting device includes a body part of which the width is decreasing from one end to the other end, and includes a cutter part formed on the other end of the body part. The cutter part has: a curved appearance； a groove in a V shape formed on an end thereof； and a cutter formed inside of the groove in a V shape. In the center of the groove in a V shape, a second groove in a V shape is formed.
