Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine antimikrobielle Zusammensetzung, enthaltend 80 - 95 Gew.-% Ethanol, 1-Propanol, 2-Propanol oder deren Mischungen. Die erfindungsgemäße hydroalkoholische Zusammensetzung findet bevorzugt Verwendung als Händedesinfektionsmittel. Aufgrund der enthaltenen ölkomponenten zeigt sie eine gute Hautverträglichkeit und gute Hautpflegeeigenschaften. Somit lassen sich gute Desinfektionswirkungen bei gleichzeitigen guten Anwendungseigenschaften und guter Hautverträglichkeit kombinieren.The invention relates to an antimicrobial composition which contains 80 – 95% by weight of ethanol, 1-propanol, 2-propanol or the mixtures thereof.
