Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine antimikrobielle Zusammensetzung, enthaltend 80–95 Gew.-% Ethanol, 1-Propanol, 2-Propanol oder deren Mischungen. Die erfindungsgemäße hydroalkoholische Zusammensetzung findet bevorzugt Verwendung als Händedesinfektionsmittel. Aufgrund der enthaltenen Ölkomponenten zeigt sie eine gute Hautverträglichkeit und gute Hautpflegeeigenschaften. Somit lassen sich gute Desinfektionswirkungen bei gleichzeitigen guten Anwendungseigenschaften und guter Hautverträglichkeit kombinieren.The object of the invention is an antimicrobial composition comprising 80 – 95 w -% ethanol, 1 - propanol, 2 - propanol or mixtures thereof.
