PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent urine leakage around an excretion hole or wetting of bedding in a diaper for a person who changes a body position.SOLUTION: A diaper 66 for bedpans is formed by dividing a diaper body 67 into a hip wrapping part 68, a crotch wrapping part 70, and an abdominal wrapping part 69. The diaper includes an excretion hole 74 formed at a substantially central part of the crotch wrapping part 70 and inner gather tapes 77a and outer gather tapes 77b that face both sides of the excretion hole 74 at an inner face of the crotch wrapping part 70 and extend in the longitudinal direction of the diaper body 67.
