To provide a microscope system and a medical light source device which allow miniaturization of a light source device.SOLUTION: A microscope system comprises a medical light source device and a microscope. The medical light source device includes first laser light sources 54G and 55G emitting a first laser beam, second laser light sources 51R and 52R emitting a second laser beam different in a wavelength band from the first laser beam, a dichroic mirror 64 arranged so as to reflect the first laser beam, make the second laser beam penetrate and multiplex the first laser beam and the second laser beam, and a reflection mirror 65 arranged in nonparallel with the dichroic mirror 64 to reflect the second laser beam and make the same incident on the dichroic mirror 64.
