PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature regulator capable of reducing variations in light emission with a high degree of accuracy by reducing variations in temperature of a laser light source even when the light quantity of the laser light source frequently switches between small and large light quantities.SOLUTION: The temperature regulator includes: a laser fixed plate which has first laser light sources disposed in line in a central portion of one surface and which has second laser light sources disposed in line on the disposition-direction outside of the first laser light sources a temperature regulation element which is disposed in the central portion of the other surface of the laser fixed plate and a temperature checking element which is disposed in one of the first laser light sources.
