The surgical stapling device comprising: a handle, the end effector comprising a pair of jaws having an open position and a closed position, wherein at least one of the jaws comprises a channel for receiving a cartridge containing a plurality of surgical fasteners ielektrichesky drive to accommodate surgical fasteners, and includes a drive power source and the motor activation mechanism connected to the handle for moving the pair of jaws from the open to the closed position and activate the actuator imehanizm lock operable to pass a current from the power supply to the motor when the pair of jaws in the closed position and prevent passage of current from the power supply to the motor when the pair of jaws is in an open polozhenii.2. Surgical stapling device according to Claim. 1 further comprising a rod disposed between the handle and the end effector, wherein the rod defines a proximal end attached to the handle and a distal end attached to the end effektoru.3.
