A device comprising: a private energy source having a first part and a second part, configured to generate energy after the first part and the second part come into contact with a liquid; a control element electrically connected to the first and second parts of the private energy source, made activated by means of energy received from a private energy source, and with the possibility of encoding information in a current stream between the first part and the second part through a liquid; the material located on the first part and second part of the private energy source and isolating them from the external environment, made in such a way that when it comes into contact with the liquid, it disintegrates, making it possible for the specified liquid to affect the first and second parts of the private energy source. 2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the material includes a filler material, which is a disintegrant and contains at least one of the following substances: povidone, crospovidone, croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch glycolate, starch and microcrystalline cellulose. 3.
