To provide a multistage tray device capable of sequentially supplying trays stored in a machine casing to an initial position.SOLUTION: A multistage tray device of rice masses is provided with: tray driving means for aligning rice masses on trays 14 in an initial position F； a machine casing 33 for overlapping the trays 14 at an interval T above the initial position F and storing； an upper-stage support member 34 for supporting the bottom tray 14 in the machine casing 33 in an upper stage position above the initial position F, and a lower-stage support member 35 for supporting the tray in a lower-stage position just above the initial position F and below the upper stage position； and support member driving means for driving alternately so as to position the other support member in a non-support position when any one of the support members 34, 35 is positioned in a support position.
