PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multistage cultivation device and a cultivation system capable of maximumly utilizing natural light and managing plant during cultivation under a pertinent environment.SOLUTION: A multistage cultivation device comprises: a receiving stage on which cultivation beds arranged on two or more stages with an interval therebetween and a cultivation container are loaded a movement mechanism which may transport the receiving stage a changer which changes the cultivation beds. Upper side and periphery of the highest stage of the cultivation beds is opened or covered with a translucent material or a net having a daylighting property so that the sunshine may be admitted. The movement mechanism is arranged on both of or either of the receiving stage and/or the cultivation beds. The changer comprises a supporting part which supports the receiving stage and a lift mechanism which can make the supporting part stop moving up and down according to the height of the cultivation beds. The receiving stage is: arranged at a position outside of the cultivation bed and outside of one end or both ends of the receiving stage in its moving direction and moved above the cultivation beds. The receiving stage may be supported at the same height of the cultivation beds by the supporting part.
