The invention provides a chitin-hydroxyapatite composite material and a preparation method thereof. The method includes using an acid liquid to process a granulated base material in the room temperature for forming a first mixing solution selectively adding a phosphoric acid solution to form a phosphorous mixing solution containing calcium phosphate and chitin, and adding an alkali liquid to perform a processing for forming a second mixing solution and using deionized water to perform a washing and air-exhausting filtration for extracting a sediment portion in a manner of ultrasound vibration and then drying the sediment portion by heat, so as to obtain the chitin-nanometer-hydroxyapatite composite material that can be applied in biomedical materials.一種幾丁質-氫氧基磷灰石複合材料及其製備方法,包含於室溫下以酸液處理微粒化基材以形成第一混合溶液,可選擇地加入磷酸溶液形成包含磷酸鈣及幾丁質之含磷混合溶液,再加入鹼液處理以形成第二混合溶液,此外。以超音波震盪方式,用去離子水沖洗並抽氣過濾分離出沉澱物部分進行烘乾,得到幾丁質-奈米氫氧基磷灰石複合材料,可應用於生醫材料。
