PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method with which the fitting feeling of an enclosure for a wearable device is improved.SOLUTION: Filamentous inorganic fibers are coated with a thermoplastic resin, then electrically conductive resin-coated fibers are obtained by applying part of the outer periphery of the coated thermoplastic resin with an electrically conductive material extending in a longer direction of the inorganic fibers, and electrode parts 128 are formed by knitting the electrically conductive resin-coated fibers such that the electrically conductive material is exposed to the surface. An intermediate part 124 is also formed by knitting the inorganic fibers coated with the thermoplastic resin.
