PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable nursing care device having a function of preventing backflow leakage of stool and collecting stool of an elderly person, a sick person, a child and a pet. SOLUTION: A nursing pants body provided with an openable and closable joint, an outer layer which is a soft non-woven fabric and an inner layer which is a polymer absorbing layer are provided, the bottom of the outer layer is closed, and a bag mouth is provided at the top. It has a function to prevent backflow leakage of stools and collect stools, including a stool collection bag and a collection tray with a stool collection port in the center and one side of which is joined to the bag mouth of the stool collection bag. However, the main body of the nursing pants includes two types, one for men and one for women. The main body of the nursing pants for men 1-1 is provided with one joint on the front side and the rear side, respectively, and the main body of the nursing pants for women is provided on the rear side.
