PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized tablet useful as a calcium supplement which has not only properties such as moldability in preparing the tablet and hardness required for the tablet, but also excellent disintegrability in taking, and a tablet using the anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate as a filler.SOLUTION: There is provided a tablet which contains: (a) spherical anhydrous calcium hydrogen phosphate having an average particle diameter of 50 to 100 μm, and BET specific surface area of 5 to 30 m2/g and (b) crospovidone having an average particle diameter of 20 to 40 μm, which is a tablet in which the (a) component is 65.0 to 98.0% and the (b) component is 1.5 to 5.0% based on the total weight of the tablet as a reference, tensile strength is 1.2 to 2.2 MPa, and average disintegration time is 2 to 7 seconds.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】製剤時の成形性、硬度等の錠剤に必要な諸特性のみならず、小型で服用時の優れた崩壊性も兼備する、カルシウム補給剤として有用な錠剤および該無水リン酸水素カルシウムを賦形剤とした錠剤を提供することにある。【解決手段】(a)平均粒子径が50~100μm、BET比表面積が5~30m2/gの球状の無水リン酸水素カルシウム、及び(b)平均粒子径が20~40μmのクロスポビドンを含有することを特徴とする錠剤で、錠剤の全重量を基準として前記(a)成分が65.0~98.0%、及び前記(b)成分が1.5~5.0%であり、引張強度が1.2~2.2MPaかつ平均崩壊時間が2~7秒である錠剤を提供する。【選択図】図1
