The present invention relates to a bed-type patient bedsore prevention apparatus using a rotating rod moved by an electrically-driven means and, more specifically, to a bed-type patient bedsore prevention apparatus using a rotating rod moved by an electrically-driven means, wherein a plurality of rotating rods on which a patient may lie down are installed on a frame, a skin contact surface of a patient is easily changed to prevent bedsore of the patient as the rotating rods are moved, and the rotating rods are moved by an electrically-driven means to conveniently prevent bedsore. The bed-type patient bedsore prevention apparatus comprises: a pair of frames each having a streamlined groove formed therein； a rotating rod inserted into the streamlined groove of the frame and having gears formed on both sides thereof； a chain for connecting the gears of the rotating rod； and an electrically-driven means connected to one end of the chain to automatically move the chain to move the rotating rod. According to the present invention, a plurality of cylindrical rotating rods are installed on a horizontal surface and are designed to be self-rotatable, and in a state in which the ends of the rods are connected by a chain, an electrically-driven means is connected to move the rotating rods, thereby easily changing a contact surface between the rotating rods and the patient&prime；s skin.
