The present invention relates to a corrosion preventing pipe for a culturing structure which forms a complete sealing state to basically prevent corrosion of a metal pipe, simplifies the manufacturing method to save manufacturing costs and easily hangs a plenty of culture spawn ropes. The present invention comprises: a metal pipe (10)； a sealing member (50) fitted at both ends of the metal pipe (10)； and a covering member (11) coated on the surface of the metal pipe (10) coupled to the sealing member (50) and the sealing member (50), wherein the sealing member (50) includes a head part (51), and an insertion part (52) protruding toward one side of the head part (51) to be inserted and coupled to the metal pipe (10)； the cross section of the head part (51) is configured to be greater than that of the insertion part (52), and the size thereof is consistent with the diameter of the outermost side of the metal pipe (10)； the covering member (11) is composed of a synthetic resin material which is the same as that of the sealing the member (50) to be extruded in a regular thickness on the surfaces of the sealing member (50) and the metal pipe； and a hanging unit (80) is fixated and attached at one side of the coating member (11).본 발명은 완벽한 밀봉상태를 구현하여 금속파이프의 부식을 원천적으로 방지하되, 그 제작방법이 간단하여 생산비용을 절감하고, 양식 종균 줄을 다량으로 용이하게 매달 수 있도록 한 양식구조물용 부식방지 파이프 및 그 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 금속파이프(10)와, 상기 금속파이프(10)의 양단에 끼움 결합되는 밀봉부재(50)와, 상기 밀봉부재(50)가 결합된 금속파이프(10)의 외주면과 밀봉부재(50) 표면에 피복되는 피복부재(11)를 포함하며； 상기 밀봉부재(50)는 머리부(51)와, 상기 머리부(51)의 일측으로 돌출 형성되어 금속파이프(10)에 삽입 결합되는 삽입부(52)를 포함하고, 상기 머리부(51)는 삽입부(52)의 단면적보다 크게 구성하되, 그 크기는 금속파이프(10)의 최외측 사이의 직경과 일치하도록 구성되며, 상기 피복부재(11)는 밀봉부재(50)와 동일한 합성수지재로 구성되어 상기 밀봉부재(50) 및 금속파이프의 표면에 일정한 두께로 압출 성형되고, 상기 피복부재(11)의 일측에는 걸이구(80)가 부착 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
