PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information effective for diagnosing cardiac failure.SOLUTION: An image processing program for a computer which stores three-dimensional image data of a heart of a subject which is captured in a specific phase in cardiac beats allows the computer to perform a calculation step in which a fractal dimension of the three-dimensional image data is calculated and a determination step in which it is determined whether or not the fractal dimension is higher than a predetermined fractal dimension threshold value. The fractal dimension threshold value is a threshold value in which an odds ratio in ROC analysis of determination is the maximum.
