According to the present invention, the imaging lens system for the endoscope, sequentially from an object side to an image side, comprises: a first lens having a negative refraction power, having both concave sides, and having at least one non-spherical side； a second lens having positive refraction power, having a side convex toward an object, and having at least one non-spherical side； an aperture； a third lens having positive refraction power, having a convex upper side, and having at least one non-spherical side； and a fourth lens being a meniscus with a concave upper side, having a negative refraction power, and satisfying the following condition of 0.5<；R3/¦；R6¦；<；0.9.내시경용 촬영 렌즈계를 개시한다. 본 발명의 내시경용 촬영 렌즈계는 물체측으로부터 상측으로부터 순차적으로, 부의 굴절력을 갖고 양 오목이며 적어도 한 면은 비구면을 갖는 제1렌즈와, 정의 굴절력을 갖고 물체측의 면이 볼록하고 적어도 한 면은 비구면을 갖는 제2렌즈와, 조리개와, 정의 굴절력을 갖고 상측의 면이 볼록하고 적어도 한 면은 비구면을 갖는 제3렌즈와, 상측의 면이 오목한 메니스커스이며 부의 굴절력을 갖는 제4렌즈；을 포함하는 것으로, 다음의 조건을 만족한다.
