CONSTITUTION: A functional diaper comprises: an absorber(11) which is made of pulp paper with superior absorption of water； a lining cloth which is adhered and fixed on one side of the absorber； a vinyl coating layer(12) which is coated with synthetic the vinyl resin in the predetermined thickness on the other side of the absorber； an absorber with superior absorption of water； a lining cloth consisting of pure cotton； and a composition layer(13) formed on one side of the absorber in the predetermined thickness.본 발명은 원적외선을 발생하는 나노입자 크기의 조성물층을 증착하여 살균 및 항균 작용을 도와 줄 수 있도록 한 기능성 기저귀에 관한 것이다. 이 기저귀는 물의 흡수력이 우수한 펄프 종이로 이루어져 있는 흡수층과, 흡수층의 일면 상에 부착 고정되고 순면으로 이루어져 있는 안감과, 바깥감 역할을 하기 위하여 흡수층의 타면 상에 합성 비닐 수지로 소정의 두께로 코팅된 비닐 코팅층 사이에서, 원적외선을 발생할 수 있는 물질로 이루어져 있고 흡수층의 일면 상에 소정의 두께로 형성되는 조성물층과, 카시미론(カシミでは) 솜이나 혹은 항온 기능성을 가진 부직포로 이루어지고 조성물층 상에 부착 고정되는 보온 및 통공층으로 구성된다. 본 발명의 기능성 기저귀에 의하면, 안락하고 위생적이며, 구매 비용 절감의 효과를 발휘할 수 있다.
