CONSTITUTION: A diaper with improved antibiosis and durability comprises a lining layer, an antibiotic cloth intermediate layer, and a shell layer. The lining layer is a cotton fabric coated with dermatitis prevention powder. The antibiotic cloth intermediate layer is a cloth woven with copper fibers and cotton fibers. Three or more layers of cotton fabrics are laminated on the shell layer. The dermatitis prevention powder is prepared by cutting a cocoon, separating a larva from the cocoon, spreading and pressing the cocoon using a roll, cutting the cocoon into 5-10 mm of pieces using a cutter, pulverizing the pieces, and sorting using a cyclone.인체와 접촉되는 내피층, 항균 원단 중간층 및 외피층의 3층 구조 원단 적층체를 재봉 결합한 기저귀에 있어서, 내피층은 면직물의 표면에 접착제가 개재되어 피부염 예방재료 분말이 도포된 면직물이며, 항균 원단 중간층은 구리섬유와 면섬유의 혼섬사의 제직 또는 편성 직물이며, 외피층은 면직물이 복수개 적층된 기저귀로서, 장시간 착용하여도 피부염 발생을 억제할 수 있으며, 항균 및 탈취 효과가 있으며, 내구성이 강화되어 반복 세탁하여도 손상됨 없이 여러 번 사용할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 기저귀이다.
