An adhesive patch containing solid substances is made of polymers and comprises a membrane. The surface of the membrane is formed with a plurality of columnar protruded micro-nano cilia. The diameter of micro-nano cilia ranges between 50 nm and 50[mu]m, and the fiber height ranges between 50 nm and 100[mu]m. The membrane and the micro-nano cilia contain solid substances, whose weight is less than 5% of the weight of polymer.
