PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical processor capable of drawing a flow of a contrast medium.SOLUTION: The medical image processor has an identification part, a calculation part and a display control part. The identification part identifies positions of a contrast medium in a first medical image corresponding to a first time phase and a second medical image corresponding to a second time phase. The calculation part calculates a vector expressing a movement of the contrast medium on the basis of the positions of the contrast medium in the first and second medical images.
