A modular aid for trolley, which comprises a trolley main body, a support module, a holding module, and a fixing module, is disclosed. The support module is pivotally disposed on the trolley main body for supporting and rotating a patient. The holding module is disposed on the trolley main body to adaptable for patients with different heights. The fixing module is disposed on the trolley main body for fixing legs of the patient.
