PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acupressure aid for acupressure massage of a body including scalp, with improved acupressure effect thanks to a substrate including a projection attached to a fingertip, and improved convenience of daily use thanks to easy attachable properties.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an acupressure aid that has a push plate 10 and a projection 11 made of flexible elastic material, and a fixing ring 12 fixed to a fingertip.
