The color sense detection method includes: allowing a picture storage unit to provide a plurality of picture files； allowing a display to display the plurality of picture files, wherein displayed light wavelengths corresponding to the plurality of picture files are different from each other； and performing primary detection so as to detect if a subject is color blindness or not； performing detection stage if the subject is color blindness so as to detect a light wavelength that the subject senses identifying obstacle. The method and system can detect if the subject is color blindness or not, and can detect the light wavelengths that the subject senses identifying obstacle.一種色覺檢測方法與系統，該方法係由圖片儲存單元提供複數圖片檔，透過顯示器顯示該些圖片檔，其中該些圖片檔所對應顯示的光波長彼此不同；該方法進行初步檢測階段，以檢測被測者是否色盲，當檢測出被測者有色盲的情況，接著進行進階檢測階段，以檢測被測者感到辨識障礙的光波長；本創作不僅能檢測出被測者是否有色盲的情況，更可檢測出被測者針對哪些光波長有辨識障礙。
