PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparation and manufacturing of a liquid product which is capable of miniaturization for production equipment and manufacturing a liquid product with higher quality and to provide a continuous preparation machine for the liquid product which is used in the perpetration manufacturing method of the liquid product.SOLUTION: A method A for preparation and manufacturing of a liquid product for preparing a main raw material and an auxiliary material while sterilizing in order to manufacture the liquid product includes: individual sterilizing steps A1, A2 in which sterilization treatment is individually applied prior to preparation of the main raw material and the auxiliary material and an aseptic preparation step B in which the sterilization treatment applied main raw material and the auxiliary material are continuously prepared under an aseptic condition after the individual sterilizing steps.
