By means of the coolant flow direction reversing mechanism (21), the controller (23) is able to reverse the flow direction of the coolant passing through the coolant passage in the cooling cap (19), so a temperature difference between areas inside the cooling cap (13) can be reduced even if the coolant passage in the cooling cap (13) is long.
