The present invention relates to natural seasoning containing Cordyceps and Salicornia herbacea and a preparation method thereof, and more specifically to natural seasoning containing Cordyceps and Salicornia herbacea and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the steps of: sorting ingredients of the natural seasoning which contains Salicornia herbacea, Cordyceps, Schizandra chinensis, Cornus officinalis, Quercus acutissima, licorice root, and Mori Radicis Cortex washing the sorted ingredients with nano-silver water freeze-drying the washed Salicornia herbacea and then grinding the same extracting Cordyceps, Cornus officinalis, Schizandra chinensis, Mori Radicis Cortex, and acorn with hot water and then concentrating the extract preparing a glutinous rice glue made by mixing glutinous rice with common rice mixing ingredients of the natural seasoning granulating the mixed natural seasoning and drying the granulated natural seasoning. The present invention provides natural seasoning which includes neither antiseptic nor an artificial pigment at all, contrary to chemical seasoning, such that the natural seasoning is nontoxic to a human body and has aromatic and fresh taste due to use of only natural ingredients, wherein Salicornia herbacea is added to limit intake of salinity (Na) as much as that of common seasoning, and various minerals contained in Salicornia herbacea can be used and Cordyceps is added to have pharmacological effects as well as savory taste of the seasoning. In addition, the natural seasoning of the present invention is present in a granular form to provide user convenience and prevent moisture from being adsorbed in storage, thereby enhancing utilization of the seasoning.본 발명은 함초와 동충하초를 함유한 천연조미료 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.보다 상세하게는 함초, 동충하초, 오미자, 산수유, 상수리, 감초, 상백피를 함유하는 천연조미료서 천연조미료의 재료를 선별하는 과정과 선별된 재료를 은나노수를 이용하여 세척하는 과정과 세척된 함초를 동결건조 분말화 과정과 동충하초, 산수유, 오미자, 상백피, 상수리의 열수추출과 농축과정과, 찹쌀과 일반미가 혼합된 찹쌀풀의 제조과정과 천연조미료의 재료를 혼합하는 과정과 혼합된 천연조미료를 과립형태로 형성과정과 과립형
