The present invention provides natural seasoning which includes neither antiseptic nor an artificial pigment at all, contrary to chemical seasoning, such that the natural seasoning is nontoxic to a human body and has aromatic and fresh taste due to use of only natural ingredients, wherein Salicornia herbacea is added to limit intake of salinity (Na) as much as that of common seasoning, and various minerals contained in Salicornia herbacea can be used and Cordyceps is added to have pharmacological effects as well as savory taste of the seasoning.
